  Absolutely Appalling Telesales! A telesales agent called Adam phoned our company today to basically threaten to remove us from Google unless we pay for their advertising services. When I said I was not interested, the said agent took on a very aggressive/ hostile / threatening tone. There is really no need for these poor telesales manners, this much I have said. Absolutely horrific. I have reported this call to both TPS ( who we are registered with), and also Trading Standards. The agent also followed up with an unbelievably rude email, claiming to have removed us from google maps!!! which I have now also shared with these companies. I would steer clear of companies that employ such aggressive tactics.
